This role is responsible for managing and developing a team while overseeing departmental operations, improving performance, and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant settlement reductions.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily department operations, workflow, and productivity to ensure timely case resolution.Review and assist with complex hospital, medical provider, and lien negotiations.Monitor departmental performance, quality, and turnaround times while implementing process improvements.Collaborate with attorneys and firm leadership to resolve escalated matters and improve operational performance.Review settlement documentation for accuracy and ensure compliance with firm policies, attorney direction, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.Recruit, train, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
